Check, mate

check

we have the numbers at night. darker than dark, i think. little monsters on the brink of a hellion cataclysm. someone will get hurt and we will leave them broken in the dirt. it happens and it’s hard but our way is the one that sharpens sticks, no? we were there when Babylon fell, hands held the knives’ in Caesar’s back. Started the 100 Years’ war with set of tinder and a little heresy. Threw the first gas grenade in the Rhine. we killed Kennedy and Marilyn. The lean side of mean. demons of men, we are the ones who didn’t cry at birth. Silence is deadly. As you worry about the cable bill and skinny lattes we look for a place to start a war. there’s one in my pocket and one in my head and the fire in my soul left me for dead long ago. If you do not believe in the people of shadow, look no further than my eyes. I’m no tv zombie but i will sure as fuck eat your brains without any reason other than the hate i carry like a torch in a midnight lynching. when we die we haunt old homes in Pennsylvania. There is no God and there is no devil, they made amends and left us to start anew. This universe will continue to expand until it collapses on itself. God left us a parting metaphor i think. but we aren’t philosophers, we are the butchers. and your hope is our next victim. where are the children? time to check, mate…..

  1. Oh my effing god! This was a pure bliss! I’m just… I don’t even know what to say. Dumbstruck.

Arrgh! I can’t get enough of this! Otherworldly work, my friend.
